This course was orignially created as a Summer Course to support teachers in working restoratively with a trauma informed approach. The topics that are covered will equip teachers with an understanding of regulation and the brain, it provides information and examples on the use of relationship circles to help create welcoming class communities, it gives resources and ideas on how to implement repair circles to support resolution when conflict has arisen. 

This is course is presented by Claire of The Connected Classroom who is a primary school teacher and a trainee psychotherapist. She has a passion for supporting children's behaviour and emotional wellbeing in a restorative and trauma informed way. She trained as a restorative practice facilitator and a nurture teacher. 

The Modules will be

Module 1 - What is Restorative Practice?
