I am a primary school teacher with a passion for restorative practice and non-punitive ways of dealing with behaviors in schools. I have worked in education for almost 20 years, supporting the holistic education of the children in my care.
I am dedicated to providing support and training to principals teachers and SNAs in becoming more restorative and trauma informed by building relationships and creating a community children can feel safe in to reconnect, repair harm while being accountable for the actions.
I want teachers to be empowered with knowledge, understanding the resources to support childrens behaviors.
We provide webinars, face to face training, and courses to assist teachers, principals, and SNAs with the proper training to help children's developtment in a trauma-informed, non-punitive way.
